Loadout is a platform that allows users to create and share interactive showcases of their setups, gear, and equipment. Users can upload images, tag products with hotspots, and share their loadouts with the community.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

Users may add links to products in their loadouts. Loadout is not responsible for the accuracy of product information, pricing, or availability. We do not endorse any products linked by users.

The Service and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by Loadout and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
